DIA EUROPEO DE LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD

Cada año el dia 3 de diciembre celebramos el dia Europeo de las personas con discapacidad, y reivindicamos los derechos del articulo 26 de la carta de los derechos fundamentales de la Unión Europea.

Este año viene marcado por la crisis económica mundial y en nuestro país también sé a hecho sentir de manera brusca en todos los sectores y también con los ciudadanos con alguna discapacidad.

En nuestra comunitat debemos de felicitarnos en la reciente LEY 9/2009, de 20 de noviembre, de la Generalitat, de Accesibilidad Universal al Sistema de Transportes de la Comunitat Valenciana, esperamos que se cumpla y pronto y comience aplicarse con prioridad en las zonas rurales.

La ley dependencia un año más en nuestra Comunitat se va aplicando muy lentamente con mas pena que gloria y en muchos casos las ayudas brillan por su ausencia y en otros con retrasos de tres años, con una gran discriminación con respecto a otras Autonomías, no se puede seguir así sin la ayuda a las familias y discapacitados puedan mantenerse en sus hogares con la ayuda personal para ser atendidos como bien se merecen.

Debemos de hacer un esfuerzo para reducir la exclusión social en las personas con discapacidad y integración social de este colectivo, unos de los pilares básicos para la integración es el empleo que es muy precario en estos momentos de recensión económica por eso debemos de potenciar mas la incentivacion del trabajo.

Aprovechando este dia reivindicativo, quiero dar un toque de atención para e invitar a nuestros políticos a que visiten nuestros pueblos rurales, que se acerquen por nuestros hogares escuchen a los discapacitados, ancianos y personas en general y vivan la realidad de las familias entre todos hagamos una Comunitat mas prospera y justa.

In our comunitat we should congratulate ourselves in the recent LAW 9/2009, of November 20, of Generalitat, of Universal Accessibility to the System of Transports of Valencian Comunitat, we hope it is completed and soon and begin to be applied with priority in the rural areas.

The law dependence one year more in our Comunitat he/she leaves applying very slowly with but it punishes that glory and in many cases the helps shine for their absence and in others with three year-old delays, with a great discrimination with regard to other Autonomies, you cannot continue this way without the help to the families and discapacitados they can stay in their homes with the personal help to be assisted as well they deserve.

We should make an effort to reduce the social exclusion in people with discapacidad and social integration of this community, some of the basic pillars for the integration are for that reason the employment that is very precarious in these moments of economic recensión we should develop but the incentivacion of the work.

Taking advantage this day reivindicativo, I want to give a touch of attention for and to invite our politicians to that you/they visit our rural towns that come closer for our homes listens the discapacitados, old men and people in general and live the reality of the families among all we make a Comunitat but it prospers and it jousts.

HOY ES EL CUMPLEAÑOS DE MI AMADO Y UNICO HERMANO.

MI HERMANO JOSE RAMON CUMPLE HOY 41 AÑOS,A LOS 12 AÑOS SE LE DETECTO UNA ENFERMEDAD DEGENERATIVA(DISTROFIA MUSCULAR),Y NINGUN MEDICO NEUROLOGO,DABA ESPERANZAS DE VIDA MAS HAYA DE LOS 30 AÑOS,HAY QUE MENCIONAR QUE EN AQUELLA EPOCA ERAN ENFERMEDADES NEUROLOGICAS POCO CONOCIDAS Y ESTUDIADAS.

EN CONTRA DE TODO PRONOSTICO,Y CON LA AYUDA DE DIOS Y DE SU FAMILIA,SOBRE TODO MIS PAPAS,HOY SIGUE CON NOSOTROS,PERO NO SOLO ESO,HA SIDO UN EJEMPLO DE RESIGNACION,VALENTIA Y CORAJE,

EL CURSO SUS ESTUDIOS Y HASTA HACE 3 AÑOS NUNCA QUISO SENTARSE EN LA SILLA DE RUEDAS,SOLO CUANDO YA NO PUDO SOSTENERSE NI CON NUESTRA AYUDA.

ESTA INTEGRADO EN LA VIDA LABORAL EN EL HOPITAL DE LA RIBERA (ALZIRA)SIENDO UN EJEMPLO DE TRABAJO ,CONSTANCIA Y VOLUNTAD PARA LA SOCIEDAD Y PARA MI QUE SOY SU HERMANO.

ADEMAS ES EL DEFENSOR DEL DISCAPACITADO,Y EN SUS HORAS LIBRES AYUDA A LA INTEGRACION DE OTRAS PERSONAS MINUSVALIDAS Y A LA TERCERA EDAD.

TAMBIEN ESCRIBE UN BLOGT,MUY INTERESANTE AL CUAL LES DARE ACCESO LUEGO,PONIENDO SU LINK PARA QUE TODOS MIS QUERIDOS LECTORES LO SIGAN.

JAMAS EN LA VIDA HE ESCUCHADO DE SU BOCA UN LAMENTO NI UNA QUEJA.

CREO QUE ES UN SANTO EN VIDA Y NO SOLO POR MI VISION COMO HERMABNO,SINO CON UNA VISION NO FAMILIAR.

ES Y SERA SIEMPRE UN EJEMPLO PARA LA SOCIEDAD

MUCHOS POLITICOS,SOBRE TODO EL MOLT HONORABLE CONSELLER COTINO,DEBERIAN TOMAR NOTA Y HACER QUE LA AYUDA QUE SE APROVO POR DECRETO LEY EN LAS CORTES ESPAÑOLAS Y SE RATIFICO EN CONSEJO DE MINISTROS Y EN FIRMA DE SU MAJESTAD EL REY,LLEGUE A ESTAS PERSONAS,LA LEY DEL DISCAPACITADO ASI LO ORDENA,QUE NO SE UTILICEN ESTOS DINEROS PARA RESIDENCIAS PRIVADAS DE SOCIEDADES TAPADERAS DEL SEÑOR COTINO Y DEL SEÑOR BLASCO.
