La Fiscalía General de la Nación, a través de la Fiscalía Quinta Especial de Valledupar, ordenó la captura del cantautor vallenato Poncho Zuleta, un exconcejal y un empresario del chance de la capital vallenata.

La noticia, que se había guardado con mucho recelo y hermetismo por los allegados del cantante en Valledupar, fue confirmada ayer por el ente investigador que emitió la orden de captura por presuntos vínculos con los paramilitares que operaban en el corregimiento Astrea, jurisdicción de Valledupar.
Conocida la decisión del ente investigador, de inmediato se supo que Tomás Alfonso Zuleta Díaz comenzó a preparar su entrega a la justicia junto a su abogado quien lo acompañará a su entrega prevista para hoy.
Al cantante de la dinastía Zuleta lo enredaron las declaraciones entregadas a la justicia por el desmovilizado alias ‘Cocoliso’, quien aseguró que el artista se reunía con los ‘paras’ y les entregaba dinero en La Mesa, cerca de Valledupar. Además de las versiones de ‘Cocoliso’, a Poncho se le comenzó a señalar por una célebre parranda en la que echaba vivas a los ‘paracos’ después de una ráfaga de tiros, esa frase se reprodujo rápidamente en CD’s piratas, pero el cantante se defendió argumentando que eso era un montaje.
Sobre el creciente rumor de la orden de captura, su representante Joaco Guillén manifestó a El Universal que todo era una inocentada y que su representado haría una presentación musical en Santa Marta y desmintió que Poncho había cancelado todas sus presentaciones
